L’Amaro QUE nasce da un’idea di tre cugini che vivono quotidianamente le tradizioni del proprio territorio con l’obiettivo di renderle note a livello nazionale ed internazionale. Il progetto prende vita ad Arcevia, uno dei borghi più caratteristici e storici non solo delle Marche ma di tutto il centro Italia. Il nome QUE emerge grazie ad un sogno durante la notte. Nel dialetto locale, “QUE” viene utilizzato in frasi di uso comune prima del verbo, potenzia il concetto che si cerca di esprimere e regala un suo peso specifico a qualsiasi domanda. Dopo una ricerca continua, grazie a materie prime locali accuratamente selezionate (rosmarino, foglie di ulivo e miele) è stata creata una ricetta equilibrata e distintiva grazie all’ispirazione al territorio ed al sostegno di esperti della distillazione.
Amaro QUE was born from an idea of three cousins who live on a daily base the
traditions of their territory with the aim of making them known nationally and
internationally. The project came to life in Arcevia, one of the most
characteristic and historic villages not only in the Marche region but
throughout central Italy. The name QUE emerged thanks to an overnight dream. In
the local dialect, "que" is used in commonly used sentences before
the verb, enhances the concept that is sought to express a concept and gives
its specific relevance to any question. After continuous research, thanks to
carefully selected local raw materials (rosemary, olive leaves and honey) a
balanced and distinctive recipe has been created thanks to the inspiration to
the territory and the support of distillation experts.
